Our shop has earned an excellent reputation over the years, not because we don't make mistakes, but because of how we deal with mistakes if they happen. If we ever do make an error, we deal with it promptly and professionally to put things right.

We have an exemplary "track record" of keeping errors to a minimum, especially with our wedding bookings. Even minor glitches can create chaos at a wedding! We have developed a very intense routine when dealing with our weddings to keep even minor issues to a minimum. You'll see!

We also want you to keep in mind that flowers are fragile and perishable; we will give you some simple care instructions for after they leave our hands.
